Massage Therapy at A Brighter Future

Release Tension. Restore Balance. Make Time for Yourself.

Your body carries the effects of long workdays, demanding schedules, exercise, caregiving, travel, stress, and limited recovery time. Massage therapy at A Brighter Future Medical Spa offers a private, restorative experience designed around how your body feels today—not a one-size-fits-all routine.

Choose a focused 30-minute treatment, a complete 60-minute massage, or an extended 90-minute session. Your massage therapist will review your preferences, areas of tension, pressure comfort, and relevant health history before beginning.

Massage therapy is intended to support relaxation and general wellness. It does not diagnose or treat an underlying medical condition.

What Does Your Body Need Today?

    Full-Body Relaxation

Slow down, disconnect, and enjoy a balanced massage focused on overall comfort and relaxation.

    Focused Tension Relief

Spend more time on areas that feel tight, overworked, or uncomfortable, such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs, hands, or feet.

    Stress Reset

Choose a calming experience designed to help you step away from mental and physical tension.

    Active Recovery

Support your recovery routine after exercise, prolonged standing, repetitive movement, or a physically demanding schedule.

    Extended Bodywork

Select a longer session when you want a more complete experience or need attention across several areas.

    Hands and Feet

Target two areas that often carry the effects of standing, walking, typing, gripping, lifting, and daily activity.

    60-Minute Full-Body Massage

    $129.00

A complete reset for body and mind

A 60-minute massage offers enough time to address the body as a whole while allowing your therapist to spend additional attention on one or two priority areas.

This option may be appropriate when you want to:

    • Relax after a demanding week
    • Address general muscle tension
    • Focus on the neck, shoulders, or back
    • Support an active lifestyle
    • Create a consistent self-care routine
    • Experience a complete treatment without an extended appointment

Best for: General relaxation, routine wellness, first-time clients, and moderate tension

    Extended Care

    90-Minute Full-Body Massage

    $149.00

More time to unwind. More time for focused care.

A 90-minute massage provides an extended treatment window for patients who want deeper relaxation or more time devoted to multiple areas of tension. The longer session allows the therapist to work at a comfortable pace without rushing through the full-body experience.

This option may be appropriate when you:

    • Experience tension in several body areas
    • Prefer a slower, more immersive massage
    • Have a physically demanding lifestyle
    • Want additional time for the back, hips, legs, shoulders, or feet
    • Are combining massage with hot stones, aromatherapy, or cupping
    • Want a more complete spa-day experience

Best for: Multiple areas of tension, chronic stress, active adults, extended relaxation, and special occasions

    30-Minute Hand and Foot Massage

    $39.00

Focused relief for two of your hardest-working areas

Your hands and feet perform thousands of repetitive movements every day. This focused 30-minute service uses massage techniques across the hands, wrists, feet, and lower legs to provide a relaxing break from the effects of standing, walking, typing, gripping, lifting, or repetitive activity.

This option may be appropriate when you:

    • Spend long hours standing or walking
    • Work with your hands
    • Experience general hand or foot fatigue
    • Want a shorter spa service
    • Prefer focused treatment instead of a full-body massage
    • Want to add relaxation to a busy day

Best for: Busy schedules, tired hands and feet, standing professions, and focused relaxation

Not Sure Whether to Choose 60 or 90 Minutes?

    Choose 60 Minutes When:

    • This is your first massage at ABF
    • You want general full-body relaxation
    • You have one or two priority areas
    • You want a routine monthly wellness service
    • Your schedule is limited

    Choose 90 Minutes When:

    • You want slower, more detailed bodywork
    • You are adding hot stones or cupping
    • You have a physically demanding routine
    • You want a more immersive experience

Still uncertain? Book your preferred time and explain your goals during the pre-session consultation.

    Ask the ABF Spa Team

    Make the Session Your Own

Every massage should begin with a conversation about pressure.

    Light Pressure

Gentle, flowing techniques focused primarily on relaxation and comfort.

    Moderate Pressure

Balanced pressure designed to promote relaxation while addressing general muscle tension.

    Firm Pressure

More concentrated pressure for eligible clients who prefer stronger bodywork in specific areas.

Firm pressure is not automatically better, and massage should not require you to tolerate sharp, severe, or alarming pain.

Your therapist may adjust the pressure if the tissue is highly sensitive, you have recently exercised, you have a medical concern, you are receiving massage for the first time, an area feels inflamed or injured, or firm pressure would not be appropriate. You may ask for more or less pressure at any point during your session.

    Enhance Your Massage

Add a personalized layer to your experience. Enhancements should be selected during booking or discussed before treatment begins.

    Hot Stones

Soothing warmth for a deeper sense of relaxation

Smooth, heated stones may be incorporated into the massage to provide comforting warmth and help the therapist work across tense muscle groups.

Hot-stone massage may not be appropriate for patients with reduced sensation, certain circulatory conditions, active inflammation, heat sensitivity, uncontrolled medical conditions, or other relevant concerns.

    Add Hot Stones

    Aromatherapy

Personalize the atmosphere with an essential-oil experience

Aromatherapy adds a carefully selected scent to complement the relaxing environment of your massage. Available scent profiles may be selected to create an experience that feels calming, grounding, refreshing, uplifting, or comforting.

Aromatherapy should be described as a sensory enhancement—not as a treatment for anxiety, depression, infection, hormonal disorders, or another medical condition. Tell the spa team about fragrance sensitivities, asthma, migraines, or skin allergies.

    Add Aromatherapy

    Cupping

Targeted suction for areas of muscle tightness

Cupping uses specialized cups to create controlled suction over selected areas of the body. Some clients choose cupping when they want focused attention on muscle tightness or a different form of bodywork within their massage session.

Cupping may create temporary circular marks, discoloration, tenderness, or sensitivity. These marks are not bruises in the conventional traumatic sense, but they may remain visible for several days. Patients taking blood-thinning medication or living with a bleeding disorder should disclose this information before treatment.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

    Before Your Session

Your therapist will review areas you want addressed or avoided, pressure preferences, discomfort, injuries, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy status, allergies, and selected enhancements.

This conversation helps the therapist personalize the session and identify any reason treatment should be modified or postponed.

    During Your Session

You will be shown to a private treatment room. You may undress only to your personal comfort level. Professional draping is used throughout the session, and only the area actively being treated should be uncovered.

You remain in control. Ask to adjust pressure, change position, or modify the session at any time.

    After Your Session

Rise slowly from the table, drink fluids according to your normal needs, and resume daily activity as tolerated.

Massage does not medically "flush toxins" from the body, and excessive water intake is not required unless separately recommended for a medical reason.

    Who May Benefit?

Massage may be considered by adults who want to support general relaxation, stress management, muscle comfort, recovery after routine activity, sleep routines, and relief from prolonged sitting or standing.

Results and experiences vary. Massage should not be presented as curing chronic pain, correcting an injury, or treating a specific medical diagnosis.

    When to Postpone

Massage should generally be postponed when you have a fever, contagious illness, active vomiting/diarrhea, unexplained rash, open wounds, active skin infection, severe sunburn, acute injury, significant inflammation, suspected blood clot, severe pain, or recent surgery without clearance.

    Massage for Your Lifestyle

    During Pregnancy

Pregnant clients should disclose pregnancy and gestational stage when scheduling. Massage may require modified positioning, avoidance of certain areas, reduced heat, and omission of specific essential oils. It does not replace prenatal care.

    Active Adults

Massage may complement a responsible recovery routine for athletes and active adults. It can be personalized around areas affected by repetitive movement, strength training, or running. It should not be used to mask an injury.

    Desk & Office Tension

Long periods of sitting and screen use may contribute to discomfort in the neck, shoulders, back, and wrists. A massage can be customized to spend more time on these areas while providing a balanced experience.

    Caregivers & Busy Professionals

You do not have to earn the right to rest. Massage provides a scheduled period in which you are not responsible for anyone else, tailored toward quiet relaxation and general tension relief.
